Manual Camera: Nikon FM10, Pentax ZX-M, or Minolta X-700?
I took photography in high school and wondering what type of camera you should get. My teacher recommended the Nikon FM10 and it looks pretty good for me. School well, I tried the Pentax ZX-M and loved it. It seems that more features the Nikon, but I do not know because I've never been physically and Nikon. I do not know if the Nikon is a bit like the Pentax, but I liked the how the Pentax had the automatic rewind and depth of field preview button. Besides, my mother was going to sell his friend Minolta X-700 with the flash setting economic enough so now I have to decide between the three cameras haha. Does anyone have good recommendations? I guess I would get the Nikon because it has many options I've heard good goal, but I really liked the Pentax.
Nikon FM10 is really a Cosina model, but taken under the control of the quality of Nikon and marketed by Nikon. This is a very basic camera-weighted central downtown. Its main advantage is the mounting. You can buy all you want Nikkor and be happy. The counter is displayed on the display with red and green LED '+', 'Or' and 'symbols -'. Even has a depth of field preview button. The only drawback I found is the lack of measurement time. There is a design flaw that becomes visible too small when measuring slow shutter speeds and high ISO, but should be avoided once you understand the concept of exposure value. In short, your teacher is right. Buy a Nikon FM10 and if possible the exchange of the kit lens (35-70) of a standard Nikkor lenses 50mm.
