Does anyone know how to make a blue ribbon Red Robin burger at home?
I moved to a state that does not want to make your robins and hamburgers at home. I need to know especially how they make their onion straws. If someone has already worked Red Robin and I would appreciate if you can help.

Cut the onion lengthwise, then soak the onion slices in milk and then coat with flour. Shake off excess flour. Fry in hot oil until crisp – about a minute, and drain on paper towels.
