Tony Ferguson weight loss â € "a starvation diet
Ok I confess. I have absolutely fed up with all the absurd plan to spend those days. I'm going crazy now when I see a new product coming out promising the next big thing in the scheme of the industry.
The weight loss program, Tony Ferguson is the last program to be put on the skin. It promises quick and easy results, strict diet is another fad that will leave many people dissatisfied with their results.
It seems that the boy had no idea what causes weight gain, and sought only to make some money.
My main complaint is that the program is ridiculously low in calories. The average diet contains approximately 800-1000 calories day. (1200 for men.) This will result in quick weight loss, (ideal for your marketing plan), but eventually lead to faster weight gain in the future.
This is because low-calorie diets lose more muscle and the weight of water, which causes a higher metabolic slow. This leads to weight gain when you return to your normal diet, because you do not burn as many calories as you have before go diet.
Our fat is stored on us for a reason. It is our source of energy to survive when food is scarce. The problem is that when we cut calories too far, our body panics.
He realizes that there is a food shortage in the next, is therefore reluctant to use their fat reserves. Because doesnâ € ™ t know how long this food shortage will last.
So what then makes it tears apart the fabric of our muscles and uses energy. And since every pound of muscle burns helps an increase of 50 calories per day are still losing a slow metabolism.
Another approach is to know that the body is still trying to adapt to survive. So if you cut calories, your body will find a way to survive in this limited offer energy.
It does this by burning fewer calories during the day. The best way is to get rid of muscle, because muscle burns calories.
One last thing that Mr Ferguson doesnâ € ™ t realize that people are overweight because they love the food! Reduce calories so far, and reduce our favorite foods only cause our anxiety increased.
The more we deprive ourselves of what we love, the more our desires are intensified, until, eventually we are going, and the usual frenzy.
So not only calorie plans to destroy our metabolism, increase appetite. This food Additional associated with slower metabolism backfat now on us faster than we can imagine.
So forget the Ferguson system, is unrealistic and too difficult. The end result is weight loss simply eat less calories then you burn.
Eat foods you like, keep your calories around 1911-1912 calories per pound of body weight, regular exercise and the fat comes out much easier.
