I am old woman married 32 years to four years years of experience in the field. PTO a year and 180 hours of total coverage benefits. I work in a group home for people with intellectual disabilities in both. California (Cost of living is crazy!) The work is fun and relaxing, but also been attacked once (not bad) the last two years my raises have been 7% last week, I had my revision every three years and received 4%! Lara I can do the same job in upstate New York. There are stressful, but sometimes very rewarding. I am less of you in nine years, I also work for a benefit, not connected with the state.
