How do I check if my alternator, air conditioning condenser and power steering pump is working?
Well, I'm rebuilding a 1965 Mustang, I pulled the alternator, AC condenser and power steering pump, but how I can verify that they work, the car has been sitting since 1985, and start the engine and check that does not work, any ideas? Also how difficult it is to reconstruct these items if they are bad?
sometimes easier and less expensive to replace. air conditioning compressor has to be removed is used with a R12 (which is expensive as hell) or renovated with R134a (which is expensive as hell), the pump p / s, and enough to run and see if it works and if it leaks, and the alternator can be taken to any auto parts store and can be checked for free.
